Goa and colours

A trip to Goa was the only thing left for my summer vacations... And finally I am here in my hotel room. Till now (Been here in Goa for 5 hours), I only found one thing fairly different than other places. Obviously Goa is beautiful, but the striking thing is the colour of the houses.

Houses are generally of one particular colour, in a city. But in Goa, every five seconds you can see houses of different colours- vibrant, bright and of amazing designs. Some are blue, some are yellow, some are pink, some are red, some are green, some are white and some are mixtures of two or three colours! Except for probably black, I saw houses of almost every colour. It was very cool and attractive. No matter how much greenery there is around you, these colourful houses always seem to match perfectly with the background. I must say ... the Goans have a pretty good way of showing their style in a simple way!

In fact, the hotel I am living in, is also very colourful. From the outside, it seems so different, because of the colours. To my disappointment, the interior is fairly the same when compared to other hotels. Maybe... just maybe, the houses the locals own might have another unique style for the interior as well. Either way, it did manage to amaze me and I tried to take as many pictures I could on the way:-

The making of my pie chart...

Till today I knew that there are 24 hours in a day! Actually, there are 23 hours, 56 minutes and 4.1 seconds in a day to be precise. It's unfair actually. Just when I thought that 24 hours is too less for me to do everything I want to, in a day... the internet tells me that I don't even have 24 hours! Life is unfair, but people say that once you make a timetable for yourself, everything will work out fine and it will seem very easy. I have made many time tables for myself! The purpose of the time tables was to make my life easier by helping me to do as many things as possible in a day.
However, when summer vacation starts, all time tables are just stupid. I can't follow it- I JUST CAN'T. It is too difficult. I am way too lazy and I have every right to be. I planned to make this blog and write this post 20 days back (my summer vacations started then)... and now I have finally managed to take out time and write it! As I planned, this time, instead of making a time table, I will make a pie chart for myself. It will cover everything I do in an average day, that is - during summer vacations. This is my pie chart:-
